training SESSIONS

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

We believe in providing the highest level of individualized attention to our clients. We offer 1-on-1 single training sessions that are meticulously designed to cater to each client's unique needs and goals. We offer flexible packages of 1 to 15 training sessions, each lasting 1 hour for a single individual.

Want to bring a friend? We provide 2-hour sessions for groups of up to 3 individuals, allowing friends or family members to train together.

Pricing is dependent on training sessions, inquire for a quote.

GROUP CLASSES:

We offer 1-hour group classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Each class will be focused on resistance training in Bulldog’s well-equipped personal gym, with expert knowledge and technique from Anthony Bernardi.

Each class is $15/person with a maximum of 6 individuals per class.

  • Monday 4:00 pm

  • Monday 5:30 pm

  • Wednesday 5:30 pm

  • Saturday 8:30 am

IN-PERSON OR VIRTual

Our primary objective is to introduce our clients to a range of body part-specific workouts that target various muscle groups. With a strong emphasis on ensuring the proper form and function of each movement, our experienced trainers guide clients through exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. We understand that our clients have a variety of preferences and circumstances when it comes to their fitness journey. That's why we offer the flexibility of our 1-on-1 training sessions to be attended in-person or virtually.

MONTHLY PLAN

We offer a monthly subscription plan ranging from $275-$325/month. This comprehensive plan ensures your fitness journey is well-guided and supported. To maximize your progress, the plan must be purchased in 3-month blocks.

With this subscription, you will receive:

  1. Weekly 1-on-1 training session with our experienced trainers.

  2. Exclusive access to our app, where you will find preprogrammed individual workouts tailored to your needs.

  3. Our team will provide you with nutritional guidance, helping you make healthy choices to fuel your workouts more effectively.
